چکیده
A low-voltage low-power CMOS operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) with near rail-to-rail output swing is presented in this brief. The proposed circuit is based on the current-mirror OTA topology. In addition, several circuit techniques are adopted to enhance the voltage gain. Simulated from a 0.8-V supply voltage, the proposed OTA achieves a 62-dB dc gain and a gain–bandwidth product of 160 MHz while driving a 2-pF load. The OTA is designed in a 0.18m CMOS process. The power consumption is 0.25 mW including the common-mode feedback circuit.

A low-power low-voltage OTA with rail-to-rail output is introduced. The proposed topology is based on the common current mirror OTA topology and provide gain enhancement without extra power consumption. Implemented in a standard 0.25μm CMOS technology, the proposed OTA achieves 50 dB DC gain in 0.8 V supply voltage. The GBW is 1.2MHz and the static power consumption is 8μW while driving 18pF lo...

A novel CMOS operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) is presented, using a fully differential singlestage core OTA as input stage and a differential to single current converter as output stage, each biased at a separate current level. A large gain-bandwidth (GBW) product (2.7 MHz) and a high slew-rate (5 V//.LS) can be obtained by applying a large bias current to the core OTA. Due to the c...
متن کاملDesign of 1 V Operating Fully Differential OTA Using NMOS Inverters in 0.18 µm CMOS Technology
Abstract: A 1 V operating fully differential OTA is presented. We designed a 1 V operating fully differential OTA using NMOS inverters in place of traditional differential pair. To obtain high voltage gain, a two stage configuration has been used in which the first stage has feedforward to cancel common-mode signal and the second stage has commonmode feedback. This OTA was fabricated by 0.18 μm...

A power efficient gain adjustment technique is described to realize programmable gain current mirror. The dissipation power changes over the wide gain range of structure are almost negligible. This property is in fact very interesting from power management perspective, especially in analog designs. The simple structure and constant frequency bandwidth are other ever-interesting merits of propos...
